Answered an Ad on Craigslist, knda nervous...?

I answered an ad on Craigslist.com for a person to pick up/drop off a child. I was fine about going by myself until I started thinking about all the bad things that could happen if I'm not careful. Unfortunately my Boyfriend has work and could not accompany me. I talked to the Mom on the phone and it wounds legit, but you can never be too careful. I'm set to meet up today at 4 p.m at the train station, any tips on how I can keep myself safe?

Arrive 30 mins early and wait at the Bus Stop or on the other platform.

Look who turns up (and who else turns up with them) & stands under the clock (or wherever you expect to meet) .....

You then have to judge by body language etc. and who they bring with them ... if it's a guy in a raincoat, get on the next bus :-)

Plan where you will go to chat - a teahouse or cafe on the high street or in a Supermarket or shopping center .. always within walking distance, always where other people can be found ... DO NOT get into their car ..

Take into account that they are also taking a risk .. even more so since they intend to leave their child with you at some stage ..
