Question:

Answering Phones at Papa Johns?

So I got a job at Papa Johns and a big part is answering the phones. The thing is, I got some training on it but I still don't know exactly what "F" buttons to press and how to do specific things to get to certain screens. Is there anyone who's had experience that could run me through a call?
