I drafted Anthoy Gonzalez as a backup WR beacuse he is suppose to be a sleeper this year. Now the draft is over and Bobby Engram is aviable. Should I pick him up beacuse He is projected to get more points than Gonzalez.

Extra Infomation it is 10 yard per points and .5 point per reception.

My other WR starting Owens, Fitz, Colsten and backups are Greg Jenning and Anthony Gonzalez.

We have 8 people in our league which is why my Wr are so good.

  1. Drop Gonzalez

As soon as Marvin Harrison is healthy, his fantasy value is gonna go lower than T-Pain's Shawty.

Engram is one of Hasselbeck's favorite targets, so expect good numbers out of him :)

  2. Drop Fitz and pick up Engram. Gonzalez has P Manning tossing. Don't know anything about Fitz. I think Gonzalez would be a starter on most fantasy teams.

  3. Keep Gonzalez.  He has more upside.

  4. I would drop Gonzalez and pick up Engram.  With Hackett now in Carolina and with the addition of Julius Jones to help open up the passing game, Engram will build off of his phenominal '07 season with the majority of Hasselbeck's red zone looks.  He has all the right tools to be an elite fantasy receiver this season.  However, considering you already have T.O., Fitzgerald and Colsten, you might not need Engram except for maybe a buy week.  Jennings could be a great pickup as well, depending on who is throwing him the ball.  Nevertheless, Engram could be a could player to have to use as trade bait later on in the season.

  5. You have your WR bases covered.  That being said, I would keep Gonzalez on the off chance that Harrison drops.
