NSW Coach Anthony Stuart reckons, players can eat success with hunger to work hard
The recently appointed http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-South-Wales-c823 coach (NSW), Anthony Stuart, reckoned that if Cricket Australia (CA) wants to get a major success, their focus needs to be on hard work.
Stuart, the former Australian fast bowler, has been appointed as NSW coach after the departure of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Matthew-Mott-c1928.
Earlier the 41-year-old coach, Stuart, claimed that there are many talented players at domestic level and he is looking forward to work with an exciting group.
Stuart in the cricket world is renowned for his vigilant preparation and useful suggestions to his players. He intends to keep the Blues team on top.
He said that there was a time when the Cricket http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 had legendary bowlers like Glenn McGrath and Shane Warne. He said now those days are past and the new generation of cricketers needs to work exceedingly hard.
He stated, “The guys understand there are greater challenges for them out there now and the guys have to be prepared for that. If they want to get back to the top of the pile then they've got to expect to do a lot of hard work."
After Stuart’s remarks, the NSW chief executive, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/David-Gilbert-c52821, praised the passion shown by the current coach for the Blue caps.
Stuart elaborated that all the boys have the potential to produce good cricket. He commented, “I'm not here to reinvent the wheel, the boys have had some short-term success in the last few years and my job is to just challenge them that little bit further
and make sure guys continually want to improve and that's why I'm here.”
He explained that when players face tough situations, they strive and make extra efforts in order to triumph. This grooms a player into a match winner.
Stuart also conceded that following rules, working out and hitting the gym everyday is not something many would like, however, it is essential in order to build competitive cricketers.
