    1) Webroots Spysweeper

    2) Spyware Doctor

    3) SpyBot

You can download and scan your computer for free.

As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

After into safe mode, run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.

Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

    GOOD LUCK!

  5. From the sounds of it, it sounds like you have a malware infection.  You might try running HijackThis (it is freeware).

    http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/...

This program generates a log file that will need to be analyzed by someone with considerable computer experience.  It does NOT remove anything, it just provides information about your system. If you are not that computer knowledgeable, perhaps you can get a friend to assist.

Hope this helps (or at least gets you started in the right direction).
