Anti Terrorist Certificate UK only please

Question

I am awaiting some bank documents to be delivered to me by courier from Nigeria. It is a well known bank in Nigeria who also have a bank in London in UK. However i am now being told that the documents were ceased by Nigerian customs and i am being asked to pay money

for " Anti Terrorist Certificate before the documents can ce sent to me...

I know this is not true. Any remarks please.

I am ex armed canadian forces sgt. and i was to pay for anti- terrorist certificate. What should i do in this case when ask for five hundred dollars and for package that helh in london 650 lbs to day im pray that one of there thing be relace in the name of Jesus Christ. amen

Actually I have been asked to supply this certificate so European BAnk PLC can transfer 3.7m dollars just this afternoon so what shall i do.
