Anti Virus Not found please help

When Installed it windows security centre was all lite up green and the anti virus was found but now I've restarted my computer it says anti virus not found. Mc afee is my anti virus and its new

Go find it ... It should be in your programs. Click on Start> Programs> Mcafee> See if you can open it from there. If not then try closing down your computer again and bringing it back up.
