Anti depressant question please help?

I have been taking zoloft for 7 years now, since i was 13. I am slowly tappering off zoloft. A week ago dropped down to 75mg, i was at 100. It has been a week since I made the change. I am feeling anxious, and sweaty for no aparent reason except for the withdrawl. how long does it take for this to go away.

take omega 3 while tapering off, it is a natural antidepressant
