Anti-freeze in Vitamin water?

Is it realy true that there is Antifreeze in Vitamin water. I heard about a woman dieing form it.

Long ago I heard that about Trim-Spa.  I called the Pharmacist and he said there was not actual antifreeze in it, but there were ingredients found in antifreeze in it.  Maybe it is the same situation.  He said that it was okay to take anyway though!

No Way! That's definitely a rumor, look for articles, even her own brother denied the claims, the woman was already sick and she didn't get it checked out.
