Question:

Anti smoking habits NOT involving more eating...

I smoke half a packet a day now.

I tried quitting before 3 months ago. I was successful until i found i gained 5 kilos. So i started again.

Most of the things you can do to preoccupy yourself involve eating something. Nothing in the mouth, what are the other alternatives? especially when I'm stressed and not at home, like at the train station for example.

  1.  Chewing a gum is the best way out from smoking habit that is how your mouth can never be empty. 


    Try it and it will work for you as you already made up your mind to quite smoking. You are almost there with your efforts that why you are sharing such things. 

    All you need is a little bit of more effort from your side and you can do it i know. When you will be able to fight with your inner and I know this fight is never easy as I my self not being able to do so from last 8 years. I am standing at the same place where you are and i know one day hopefully i will be free from this unwanted habit which has caught me in.
