I smoke half a packet a day now.I tried quitting before 3 months ago. I was successful until i found i gained 5 kilos. So i started again.Most of the things you can do to preoccupy yourself involve eating something. Nothing in the mouth, what are the other alternatives? especially when I'm stressed and not at home, like at the train station for example.much appreciated :D
