Anti <span title="virus,malware,addware,spyware,trojan,hijack">virus,malware,addware,spy...</span> etc?

Question

hi guysi loaded a program that was winrar.but when loading it wasnt and it instal **** and etc all onto my bosses pc.

worm win32 netbooster is the stuff on the pc.

it has blocked access to the my programs buttons...you know when you press start and try and view the programs.

it has blocked the my computer,my documents,my everthing,its like when you go to advance settings dont show these things.

it also blocked the task manager etc.all the important things.

when i start up it takes year to load.

then there is a screen...thats like a hijack desktop.

then when i try and go onto my browser theres always a mesage saying to download this and that etc.

how can i stop this in easy steps.

i am also a computer technician.so i downloaded registry mecahnic and tried it.it sorted out everthing except the PROGRAMS button is missing.

someone please help me or not its my *** on the line.....

Your computer is chock-full of infections.... viruses, worms, trojans, rogue anti-spyware -- what a mess.  The good news is that I fix computers like yours all day long.....

Here is my standard cleaning procedure:

NOTE: on badly infected computers, you may have to install and run the scans from safe mode. Some programs will be actively disabled or damaged by the infections. When this happens, just pick another cleaning program until you find one which isn&#039;t knocked out. Then reboot and try some of the others. Lather, rinse and repeat until you have a clean system.

ccleaner slim (removes junk and temp files so that the scans have fewer files to look through)

(anti-virus) Pick one, some infections disable cleaning programs, so try another until you can start removing the infections.

Once you get the infections cleaned off, you have to repair the damage.

Go through everything. This will fix a bunch of things that infections love to break. If you still have problems, (parts of windows is broken) you need to do an Windows repair install.

If you are a computer technician you should know better than to download and install untested files. You should also know better than to run a machine with no protection. And registry mechanic is not going to fix virus and spyware problems. It is not much use at fixing registry errors. You need to install a good anti-virus and anti-spyware software, update it and then scan the machine. You may need to scan in safe mode.
