Anti spy ware 2008 xp

Question

has anyone else been getting this? and how do you uninstall this i know its all fake but apparently its very critical please help me to remove this. i've tried some sites but they are too complicated. Im using windows vista.

Disconnect your computer from the internet

Run vundo

Restart your computer

Run the tool again to ensure no traces are left.

If there are the reboot into Safe Mode and run FixVundo again.

First disable all startup object from "Run-msconfig-startup" Make a new user, logon with that user, uninstall the program, delete the directory of that program, install antivirus-update it-scan the pc.
