kk i need some type of anti spyware progarm does anyway have a free on they know of or somthing i can use?

You've got several good recommendations from lots of helpful people here but I would go along 100% with what Stephanie says.

Superantispyware is an excellent and free programme that I've also recommended to many friends and family members who have been amazed by what this had found and removed from their computers.

I would certainly add this to your list of antispyware programmes to put on your PC.
