AntiSpyCheck question?

ok for some reason.. it has popped up on my computer..(windows xp) it down there on my start toolbar thingy and it shows as a X then a blue question mark, is this thing a virus itself cuz i heard it is.. how do i remove is please help if u can !! thanks

  2. If AntiSpyCheck has been installed on your system without your permission or you are seeing popup advertising or recommending that you use AntiSpyCheck your system is infected with the zlob trojan.

    Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

    This one usually removes it and its free.

    X then a blue question mark ... hmm, don't seem to recall this system tray icon during my spyware research studies.

    Have you got any Anti-Spyware software installed? If not then I suggest you install Spybot or perhaps NoAdware or AdwareAlert.
