Antibaterial medicine (binotal)?

Question

i got an infectin around my neck area close to my ears because i pierced my ears

i am planning to take the mexican medicine called "binotal"

but i do not know the dosage or i don't take "espanole"

so i can't understand anything that's written on it

HELP!!!! Please answer this question ASAP !!!!

do you know for sure that it is an infection? it could be an allergic reaction- in which case you should just apply some cortisone- you can get it at any drug store. if it is a minor rash- hot, bumpy, inflammed, itchy- it's probably just an allergic reaction.

if it is an infection you should see a doctor- antibiotics don't work on every type of bacteria, so you could do more harm than good by taking it. if it is leaking puss or is painful to the touch it could be an infection
