What kind of antifunal medicine can be used for a yeast infection on a boy's p***s and on the balls?

Can i just get like an athletes feet cream

or the one women use

or what do i get?

My daughter had a yeast infection and our pediatritian gave us a prescription cream two weeks later it was still there even worse than before.... I called my step-dad who is an ER doc and he told me to use an Anti-fungal cream it didn't matter what kind... anyway the only kind I could find at Wal-mart was equate It was healed by the end of the 2nd day! Its amazing and I still use it if she gets diaper rash... it works alot faster than even desitan. Hope this helps!!!

you need to get a prescription from his pedi.

do nt use any thing not prescribed by a doctor.

I didn't see the other question but when our son had a yeast infection the doc gave us a small sample of Vusion.  She said if we ran out we could just use the kind for the athletes foot.  It is much cheaper than a perscription for the Vusion, even though the sample worked really, really well.
