I have had an old bottle with "J McCarthy & Co Ltd Bottle Merchants McEvoy Street ALEXANDRIA (NSW Sydney Australia) Ph. L. 5008. I have googled this old company and can't get a hit, I don't know how to find out about this old bottle factory. Any bottle collectors out there who can help?

J.McCarthy & Co Ltd Alexandria Crown Seal Beer, embossing reads 'J.McCarthy & Co Ltd Bottle Merchants Alexandria Phone L 5008' on the front and 'One Imperial Quart' on the back, has 'AGM' monograme on the base, made by Australian Glass Manufacturers dates 1932 to 1948.
