My parents are having an estate sale for someone in my family. While rummaging through the house, they found a few things and I wanted to know if any of you knew about any/all of their worths.

There is:

1. 3 gallon red wing pottery crock

2. A small blue vase which is red wing pottery also

3. A yellow pitcher which is not very large and red wing pottery also

4. There is also an antique wash board which says on it: 'Hibbard's Star Leader SILVER.'

If any of you guys know how much any of these are worth please tell me, it would be a great help!

  1. No idea on the washboard.

For the Red Wing stuff go to

    www.redwingpottery.com

look under the 'about" section and click on Values.  That should give you an idea

  2. It's difficult to place a value on the crockery without knowing it's condition and being able to assess it without pictures.

Red Wing Pottery fetches good prices, if it is in very good condition.

Now this is a generalization, again because I haven't seen the pottery, but the large 3 gallon crock would be worth 50-200 dollars at auction.

The Vase, at most 50-75 dollars.

    The pitcher, probably 25-50.

The wash board is actually a pretty common find and would probably only fetch about 15-30 dollars.
