Antivirus-xp-08 is troubling me.Not able to remove this program. can anyone tell me how to get rid of this pl.

antivirus-xp-08 is blocking all my browsing forcing me to buy this software. There is no option to say no or to disable this program. This is malicious. Is it from microsoft? Pl let me know how to get rid of this..

Antivirus-xp-08 is a rogue antivirus program, that displays false information stating that you are infected, when your not infected. And NO it's NOT from microsoft, its from the makers of Win Antivir 2008. It also displays fake alerts on your computer which is just another tactic to scare you into purchasing the program.

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
