I know a company that help with almost any computer problem. They are btexpress computer repair. They are great. I went to them and they know what they are doing. I love what they done to my computer. It was not fast and had viruses on it but, now it is clean and fast as lighten. It sounds like you have a SMITFRAUD VIRUS.  This virus requires specific steps to remove.  Below is information from Bleeping Computer.

It seems to be a virus . just send me a copy this virus at [e-mail] . I am good at experimenting on virus. And I thank god that i can remove almost every virus manually . So just send me the virus i will install it into my computer and definitely let u know the solution..........

its a fake antivirus for short ur pc is infected n u can try superantispware.com that should do it if not u can still take it out but would take some work....

That is a rogue program and can be removed with MalwareBytes AntiMalware
