The agent of A.C Milan striker, Antonio Cassano, has insisted that there is no chance that his client will be moving to Napoli in the summer transfer window.
Reports in the Italian media suggested that Milan and Napoli are locked in an exchange deal which would see the Azzurri midfielder, Marek Hamsik, going the other way, but the agent denied any such deal.
"Cassano will remain at Milan as long as he is useful to the Rossoneri club. Napoli? I would say those are just media inventions. There is no possibility that there can be an exchange between [Napoli's Marek] Hamsik and Cassano."
Cassano joined Milan in the January transfer window of 2011 from Sampdoria and played a key role in guiding Rossoneri to win the Serie A. The 28-year-old scored 4 goals in 18 appearances for the Italian Champions but contributed with a lot of assists.
Napoli are looking to add few experienced individuals to their squad after qualifying for the UEFA Champions League and the Italian international is one of their primary transfer targets.
Milan manager, Massimiliano Allegri, is a huge admirer of the striker and does not want him to leave the club.

Moggi believes that Milan have too many strikers at their disposal and Cassano will not accept the bench role at the club. The 73-year-old added that it is the right time for Milan to let him go and Napoli will be the ideal destination for the striker.
