The director of Juventus, Giuseppe Marotta, has gone on to remark that the presence of the Juventus head coach is felt by the team, and remarked on Nordsjaelland.
Antonio Conte has a great degree of presence and charisma surrounding him, so his absence can be felt on the touchline as well. Even though, Massimo Carrera did well in his duty to deputise the head coach on the touchline, the huge personality that had led

There were many players who said that it is odd not to see Antonio Conte shouting out orders during matches, but the Turin outfit have always put in hard, gritty and able performances in their matches in the Serie A.
Antonio Conte was given a ban of ten months for the allegations put against him in the Scommessopoli case. The head coach of the Turin outfit was alleged to have been in the knowledge of information relating to matches being fixed in the Serie B, during
his time at Siena. In particularly, the matches under scrutiny were the ones where Siena played against Albinoleffe and against Novara in the Serie B.
The initial ban was of ten months, which meant that the coach would not be able to preside over the half time team talks or the touchline during matches. However, after his appeal to TNAS courts, the sentence was reduced down to four months, and the manager
will be able to take full duties in his realm on the 9th of December.
Marotta feels that the team is at a disadvantage, as Conte has a charismatic personality, but reflected on the level of professionalism shown by the backroom staff. He remarked:
“The absence of Conte is something that weighs heavy on us, but his professionalism and that of his backroom staff enables the team to be fully prepared for our games. We suffer without Antonio, but this gives everyone greater stimulation. The squad is our
strength and this is also evident by the fact that 12 different players have hit the target so far this season.”
For now, the touchline duties are over to Angelo Alessio.
