The former Bari coach diverted attention from any possible incentives he will be receiving if Juve win the Scudetto,
and praised his players for their work ethic.
The Juventus head coach was full of praise for his team and has been heaping praise on his players all season. Juventus have
exceeded all expectations this season, and Conte confessed that he was pleasantly surprised by the course of events this season. They currently sit in the first place of the Serie A table and have a three-point lead over reigning Italian Champions, AC Milan.
Conte was quizzed over any likely increments in his pay or any added incentives he would receive if he was able to guide Juventus
to the much coveted Scudetto this season. The former Siena manager remained coy on the whole situation, and stated that now that they sit in a healthy position, they would not be resting on their laurels. He remarked:
“These are personal matters. The club had asked me to start this new project and qualify for the Champions League, so it’s mission
accomplished. Naturally we are now up here and will not set any limits on our ambition, as we can dream with the club, the players and fans.”
The manager further stated that his players have been working extremely hard throughout the season, and have given their all

Conte further commented that the team’s growth was visible for everyone to see and commented that they have been working on

constantly. You can already see the growth of the team in those terms over the course of the season.”
Conte has picked and dropped players from the Juventus squad expertly and has remained flexible in his approach to the matches.
