The Bianconeri manager insists that the time has come for him to sit with club authorities, and communicate on all issues in a serene environment.
Antonio Conte has revealed contract renewal as his next mission at Juventus, while the club prepares to celebrate its thirtieth Scudetto, with a parade featuring three stars.
The coach led a dramatic campaign with the Bianconeri, managing the Turin giants to a spectacular league victory against all odds, in his first season with the team.
Having secured the league crown for the Old Lady, the manager is eying the renewal of his one-year contract with the club, which is set to expire at the end of the season.
Antonio Conte insisted that the victory has lightened the environment around the Turin outfit, and believes that it is the right time to talk with the club authorities. The manager stated that he is about to complete a full year
at the Vecchia Signora, and insisted that it is now important to sit down with the management, and discuss all issues.
The Bianconeri tactician stated that the communication will be two-way, where both the parties will put forward their concerns in a peaceful discussion.
While talking to the press, the 42-year-old said:
“After a year of work it is only right to confront each other on every issue with the utmost calm, both from my perspective and that of the club. The next dream? To renew the contract.”
On the other hand preparations are nearing their completion for the Bianconeri’s grand celebration for their hard-earned trophy. Juventus will be presented the Scudetto after their game against Atalanta on Friday. The team will
then board a special bus, which will take them around the city to the waiting fans.
The journey will start from Porta Susa going via Via Cernaia, Piazza Castello, Via Po, Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Corso Cairoli , Corso Massimo D’Azeglio and conclude at Parco del Valentino.
The central feature of the parade will be the controversial three stars, which will be displayed at every opportunity, as an attempt by the club to emphasize the fact that they have won 30 Scudettos, rather than the official 28.
