Final level of the Five Diamond World Poker Classic will be taking off on Saturday with 18 survived contestants competing on the final two tables of the glorious event in Bellagio, Las Vegas, Nevada. At the end of Day 4 of the tournament, Antonio Esfandiari surpassed the million-chip mark to finish at number three on the leaders board. Soi Nguyen had a massive 3,300,000 chips count under his belt by the end of Day 4, climbing up one spot in the leaders board to be at the top position in the event.
Antonio Esfandiari vs. David Williams
Esfandiari went on heads-up against David Williams in the Level 20 on Friday, with a king of hearts, queen of diamonds and five of clubs falling on the flop. As Williams checked on the big blind, Esfandiari threw in 36,000 more chips in the pot from his middle position and his opponent called immediately.
A two of spades on the turn was followed by a check from both opponents. A ten of clubs on the river brought out 65,000 more chips from Williams pocket into the pot but confident Esfandiari raised the bet to 165,000 total and his opponent called. Esfandiari revealed his queen of clubs and ten of spades to take the pot, as Williams mucks to lose the hand.

Vitor Coelho doubles through Antonio Esfandiari
80,000 chips were already in the pot and a nine of spades, seven of hearts and two of diamonds fell on the flop when Esfandiari threw 40,000 more in the pot, with Vitor Coelho raising an additional 60,000. Esfandiari bet 300,000 more after a long pause and Coelho called the bet, immediately following with a raise of 170,000. Esfandiari moved all-in, covering Coelho’s remaining 150,000 chips.
Coelho’s revealed his pair of nines to become the favourite in the hand with his trip nine against Esfandiari’s kamikaze, king of clubs and king of spades. Queens on the turn and river left Coelho with a full house, as he took well over a million chips from the pot.
