    -take an appropriate medication

    -keep things in perspective

    i have anxiety and this is how i cope with it.  i feel much better now.


  2. depends on how bad you have it, mine is managable but sometimes i get big panic attacks. my best advice is to identify the stresses in your life and try the best you can to minimize them. tell the doctor how you feel and you will probably get something like celexa to take everyday and xanax to take for panic attacks. try breathing techniques if they help. but mostly just talk about with somebody kinda like when i have a real bad panic attack that will last for abou 3hrs i call my brother and he will talk me down out of the attack because he has them too so we help eachother out. so find someone to talk too even if its 4 in the morning you need to have that option. if you google it you will find chat rooms just for that also there are help lines you can call and they will talk to you. good luck, you can email me if you have any questions

  3. I would start out by seeing a professional so they can determine how bad you have it.   They will be able to determine if you need medicine for it or if you can handle it on your own.
