i have really bad anxiety

and the other day i was dizzy on one side of my body

the ambulance came and they checked me out and just said i had worked myself over

but today i'm still a bit dizzy and lately i havn't been sleeping well, my mouth is dry, when i eat i get a little dizzier, and i'm REALLY stressed out with friends and i need someone to talk to but i can't because people don't understand whats going on adn i think i may be offbalance due to hunger, dehydration, and anxiety making things worse

so now i think my WHOLE left side of my body is numb and i'm scared i'm loosing control or going crazy

i was wondering if any one else with anxiety has ever had this kinda problem and if you did could you give me some pointers

thanks

  1. Hi YOUR Not going CRAZY, i had exactly the same feelings as u r explaning about 4 yrs ago, and thought there was no way out.

But the best think i can suggest for you is not to PANIC, as it is all triggered by this, I was going through 2 major THINGS  in my life, and this was its way of showing it self.

I got over it , with the Help of my NEW Boyfriend that i met, LOTS OF LOVE and CUDDLES, HELPS a Lot.

NOW it does not control me anymore, Thankfully.....

Give it time it , you will have to try and re train ur mind, dont stop doing stuff and let it beat you.

    GOOD LUCK HUNNY....

  2. bless your heart....I've had anxiety attacks before.  It felt like I couldn't breathe and my fingers got tingly so i kinda know how you feel.  the best thing you can do for yourself is to rid yourself of whatever it is that's causing you to be so stressed.  even if it is your friends.  steer clear of them because if they are the reason, you can end up doing a lot of damage to your body, and cause a lot of health problems later on.  and the next thing you should do is go to the doctor and explain to them what's going on....they can give you some kind of anxiety medication to help mellow you out...and next you should also think about finding a therapist or something for you to talk to...sometimes just having someone to listen to you can help you figure some stuff out.  I really hope this helps you, and i hope that you can get better because I know how it feels to be stressed out and no one should ever have to feel that way....  you take care, and think about what i've mentioned.  God bless.. you're in my prayers :)  also, you need to eat properly, and make sure you get plenty of fluid...that also may be a part of your problem...

  3. drink lots of water.

  4. im not sure but i think i also have anxiety. idk either what to do. i cant give you pointers sorry. but just try to hang on there ok? everythings will be back to normal.. read this.. anxietynomore.co.uk

  5. I felt the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had overwhelming anxiety including dizziness. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose

in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression,

    mood swings, insomnia and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride

    (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  6. You are not alone! i have anxiety also and when i was in 6th grade it was sooooo much worse.  I was dizzy all the time and was afraid of losing control.  I also thought i was alone.  But then i started going to therapy and i thought i was the only one and he said then why would he have a job?  You just have to get it under control because it is like a monster and if you feed into it it just gets worse.  A low dose of medicine and therapy will help, it helped me.  Good luck.

  7. I understand what your going through

I would tell you to tell your friends whats going on but i know that its hard because they dont understand i think i have a drinking problem and i cant tell anyone because i feel they dont understand whats going on in my life

Just try to relax a bit

Just sit down and sip some water and just take it easy

watch some tv and dont think about anything

Also try and eat something even if its just a light thing

And go see your doctor because they can help you and its not just a one off so go as him/her to help you out
