  1. Yes,stop worrying about it,

  2. There is no cure for anxiety, it all just takes time.

  3. Of course there is a cure for anxiety.

    I believe there could be two things affecting you.

    One is I think you may have a particular food intolerance. This may be something new to you and doctors don't treat for it, but it can give some people "mental" type conditions.

    You need to eliminate any particular food one at a time for 3-4 days and see if there is any difference in the way you feel. Keep doing that, one at a time, until you find the culprit. Keep a record of what you are eating and how you feel.

    The other thing could be that you have a nutrient or vitamin deficiency. In your case it sounds like you could have a Vitamin B12 deficiency.

    The symptoms of this are;

    Difficulty in concentration and remembering, stuporous depression, severe agitation, hallucinations, manic or paranoid behaviour.

    There are other vitamins and nutrients that could also help.

  4. The use of the medication obviously helps you, so keep taking the medication prescribed. However it is important that you balance the tablets with therapies such as CBT (what people may refer to as councelling). Anxiety is manageable with the right support, and there is a "cure" as such. It means facing the cause of your anxiety and working on changing your mindset and thougts around the subject. Anxiety can also be managed and lessened by breathing excersises (look up Progressive Muscle Relaxation, this is a trialled and tested succesful treatmentr in anxiety management).

    The best thing to do is to go back to the person who prescribed the tablets and ask them for some further local support.

    Good Luck

  7. Anxiety is the state of uneasiness and distress about future uncertainties. You apprehend something like threat to your safety or well being. You get worried. It may come because of intense fear.

    The solution for this does not remain in taking medicines. You have to generate self confidence within you first of all. You have to keep faith on something supreme and rely on. You should also not expect too much than what you actually deserve. You should first become eligible. Do not worry about the future. Also do not brood over the past. Keep the PRESENT safe. Make best use of the present. By keeping your "present" more happy and peaceful, you can enjoy your life. Your anxiety will disappear.
