Today I have to take a test for honors. I dont mind if I go into regulars if I dont pass, but I would like to do my best on this test. However I suffer with horrible anxiety, and I get physically ill. I never do well on tests because my brain shuts down, and its not that i dont try, because beleive me I try!!!! Are there any tricks to help me relax so I dont tight up??!!! If so they would really help me! Thank you so much!
