  1. Okkayy,

my sister is so much more worst than you, or was.

what she did was she went outside and just ran around she kind of had a mental breakdown but she was aware of it, so basically she ust went wild ,

try forgetting everything you are afraid of and what you might get a possible panic attack from, just start screaming when you think your going to have a panic attack it gets all the scaryness out of you.

it really helped my sister xD

so be wild,  go on holiday just forget the world bascally,

i really do wish you get better : )

  2. Hi, I am the author of http://panicattackresearch.blogspot.com

Do not worry, I am not spamming my site - my site don't sell products or anything. My site is solely dedicated to panic-attacks or people whom have anxiety. I give tips on how to sleep even if you have anxiety.

Please do visit and post any questions there or here so that I can help you further.

I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well. My blog is dedicated to help. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you.

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.

And most importantly, I am here to help you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or panic attacks.

Anyway, there are also free tips and free items on relaxation and such for you to download on my web! I even have an entry on how to sleep despite anxiety.

    All the best,

  3. I do not know what causes your attack/s, I have them, but I try to push through it. Talking to self and comforting self, or have someone go through it with me. Like if I have an attack going into a new place, I take someone with me, so I can turn to them if I fail, or can't go through something. I often feel that the person with me needs me to deal, handle, and get through what it is causing me to want to freak out and panic.

Since you are able to walk/ talk other through their attacks means you have the basics, and so now you just need to put them to work, but if  you seem to not be able to, this is where having someone there can perhaps ease you through, it seems like you are a strong person, and a great help to others, and consider them, so try doing things in your mind for them, if doing it for YOU doesn't seem to work. I hope this helps, take care....
