Any Advice for How to get a Job at Amc theaters?

Hi I'm 15

i applied for Amc theaters

on Friday

last week

Now i dont know what to do

Should i call and if so what should i say.

I answered truthfully

on the whole Agree Disagree thing

Any advice on how getting a job at that place

I work at AMC. While it's good you answered truthfully, if you answered too many questions in the wrong way, you won't even show up on the computer. Only "green" and "yellow" scores are even forwarded from the main office to the hiring manager at a particular theatre.

For me, it helped that I already knew one of the high-level supervisors. I had went to high school with the guy and also went to college with him.

The only thing I can see that would keep you from getting interviewed/hired is the fact that your 15. We rarely hire 15 year olds, and when we do, it's by mistake. It's because 15 year old's cannot make certain items in the concession stands, can't work for more than a few hours at a time, cannot work past 9pm, and can't work more than a specific number of hours on schoolnights (this all applies to Texas laws by the way, it may be different at your location.)

A word of advice. If you do get the call to be interviewed, be happy. At my theatre, unless you do incredibly bad at the interview (which is hard to do) then you get the job.

you need to do more then send in your resume, write a cover letter outlining your best attributes and why you would be in a better position for this job then the next guy... also doing a follow up call shows that your dedicated and intrested, go for it =)
