Question:

Any Babolat racquet users out there?

Does anybody use one of their racquets with the grip specially designed to better fit the hand? Are they all they're cracked up to be, or just a sales gimmick and not really any improvement over traditional grips?

  1. I have an old Aero Pro, my bro has new one, it is not great I would say, I mean its good, but it is not worth going out to buy a new one. Pleas mark as best answer, i have never gotten one!

  2. I've used the racket you're talking about and it feel really weird. I think it's because I'm used to a traditional grip and didn't really give it a chance. I'd say try demoing it at tennis-warehouse or some other place like that to really get a feel for it.

  3. Hi, Well I've got a Babolat NS Drive at the moment, it's a pretty good racket for starters, the grip on the racket is called the "Woofer" some people have called this the smart grip because it seems to be more grippy than other grips.

I personally love the grip it feels good in my hand when i'm swinging, serving or just running around with it! It's a great grip for me personally and sure other people love it as well!

    Cheers Ray

  4. I use a pure drive w/ the normal grip, and i tried the smart grip, and i personally hate it, but it does fit your hand-i just don't like the feel. however, a friend of mine has it, and he loves it, but i don't know how, so I'd say just demo it and see your preference.
