for adults. I'm new in Vancouver so don't know many people.

My b-day is coming during the week and I want to treat myself.

Any ideas for meals/drinks, attractions, gifts/discounts, free slices or sub sandwiches, bagels etc.

I know Denny's has 2 for 1 meal...so it's not really free.

Tinseltown Vancouver has free b-day movies during the week.

I have signed up for Red Robin, Boston Pizza, DQ e-club. But not sure if they work...
