Any Body Can Advice Me About Getting Right Education In (IT) Industry...?

Question

Iam confuse about getting right education in (IT). I want become a (IT) Professional.

My education is Enter Clear in engineering. And i have got addimiton in APTECH COMPUTER

EDUCATION.In a career program of (ACCP) in (IT) Industry. For 3 year course.

After 3 year I shall be certified (ADSE) ADVANCE DIPLOMA IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING.

But when i ask my friends can i get a right job with good salary with DIPLOMA value?

They told me that DIPLOMA is a not DEGREE. And it has no any value in (IT) industry.

Please Help me and Advice me. What Should i do about APTECH EDUCATION.

Is it right for me or can i get good job at DIPLOMA base in (IT) industry.

Or have i need to get EDUCATION in other UNIVERSITY...?
