For your information, 2012 is actually the end of the Mayan calendar, as far as I know it Christians don't have much to do with it...

Yep. In the strictest Biblical interpretation, if anyone is looking for it, it won't happen. that means that there will have to be a drastic change in popular mentality so that no one cares when the world will end before it will. How long do you suppose that will take?

absolutely. doesn't it say that God will come like a thief in the night? why then would he decide to end the world on the night that everyone is expecting? duh! oh, and what about that thing in the old testament where God said he would never again destroy the whole world like in the flood. yeah...that too. i guess if you don't believe in the Bible, anything is fair game.

it's just hype like the millenium. the mayans couldn't go on forever with their calendars...they had to stop some time. its' silly. He'll return when he's good and ready.

Yes, I certainly am.  Any true Christian knows that NO ONE can predict the end of the world; only God Himself knows the day and the hour!  It's ridiculous to assume when the end of the world will be 'cause any rational person knows that no one can predict it.  It's been done before, people trying to figure out or predict when the world will end, but it hasn't happened yet!  It'll happen when GOD says it'll happen - not man.

i am... i don't know when it is but if it would end on 2012 then that would mean a 7 year peace treaty would had to have been signed with Israel in 2005 which to my knowledge there wasn't 1...

I - as a Christian - definitely am tired of it, my friend...........the Bible clearly says that NO man knows the hour or the day when Jesus will return for the church...........I'll stick with God knowing the time, and just keep witnessing for the Lord...............
