Any Corporate event ideas for 100+ people? Must be inclusive!?

We have everyone from the factoy workers to the CEOs, the single 40 yr old male the married woman, Asian to Latino, hence we need something that includes EVERYONE. There is no budget so please give me ALL ideas!!! Thank you in advance.
