  1. search yellow pages or go to dell website to find out their authorised service centers

    they will help u find one. I think they send technician home and give on-line support. I got it.

    They do not have a service centre.

    edit: they are in Bangalore

    I dont think there's one in pondicherry.

    They have a branch Office and a service center at Kalkotta. they have info at www.dell.com. They are also having an all India toll free number - 1800-425-4026. You can call them, from any BSNL land line, free of charge.
