Any Dental Assistant In San Diego, CA?

I'm trying to find my wife a new career something she'll like and have fun doing. She's currently a front end manager at Albertsons. I plan on becoming a police officer after my marine corps career comes to a end in June 09. I found this program and wonder if anyone knows anything about it. I would love her to get more education and earn a degree, just have her start out slow and see what she likes. She shows no huge love to anyone thing, but I feel she will excel in this career field.
