  1. FIRST DAY:

    brown rice,

    baked or microwaved chicken patty

mixed cooked frozen vegetables: corn, broccoli, green beans,

this is a tip that takes away oily foods which would leave your skin light and fresh. you have to do this for about two to three days to notice the difference. Also take away sugars... juice, soda for awhile to see the difference. nothing that's cooked in oil.

drink only water for the two days. other foods that are not cooked in oil that you can eat is noodles, mashed potatoes, you can eat eggs for breakfast cooked with butter. whats also good for your face is zinc which is a burger. so after the two days have a burger, mashed potatoes/ fries, some veg tables and water. It works for me, but we all are different. It should leave your skin looking healthier.

  2. vitamin B and iron!

  3.      Add fresh fruits, sprouts, fresh veggies, drink 8-9 glass of water, wake up early in the morning & go for a walk, avoid oily & fast foods..You'll see good changes in yourself..

  4. loads of fruits and veggies..lol.

  5. Hi For glowing skin i think drink a lot of water and you can also apply tomato juice with honey.Hopefully this should help

  6. If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy.

  7. try the following-

don't eat too much oily food

have a lot of raw fruits and vegetables i.e salads(fresh)

keep drinking water through out the day (it really helps a lot )

drink 4-5 cups(small) of warm water or tea (herbal tea) in a day.

    hope this helps^^

  8. For about 2 months I have been a vegetarian and my skin is a lot brighter and clear than when I ate meat. So you can either reduce your intake of meat and poultry or stop all together.

Also, milk and dairy have female cow hormones that you consume. More hormones = more flare ups. Drink more water and/or soy milk.

Introduce more veggies and fruits into your diet. Take a daily vitamin

    Good luck!

  9. What would you do for skin that's soft, fresh and unblemished? All the expensive skin care products in the world won't achieve healthy skin without help from your diet. Here's how the Better Skin Diet will help cleanse your skin from the inside out so you can look and feel great:

    • Fish contains oils that will help nourish your skin. This diet includes fish options at lunch and dinner to add luster and softness to your complexion.

    • Ground flaxseeds are an excellent source of omega-three fatty acids, which promote good skin health. This meal plan adds flaxseed to your breakfast cereal for a healthy start to your day.

    • Vitamin A is essential for healthy skin. This diet includes plenty of dark orange (carrots, sweet potatoes, winter squash) and dark green (broccoli, spinach, kale) vegetables -- all of which are high in vitamin A.

    • Vitamin E helps promote great skin, which is why this diet includes nuts such as hazelnuts and almonds -- which are high in vitamin E -- as snacks.

Start eating the breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that will give your skin a healthy sheen.

  10. A low carbohydrate, low glycemic diet is best for your skin and body. There are also a few vitamins that are absolutely essential for great skin.

Alpha lipoic acid is one, it also helps it you eat a lot of carbs.....Biosil is another good vitamin. It's silicon that feeds you hair, nails and skin.

Benfotiamine is another good vitamin that also helps with blood sugar and the glycemic index.

This glycemic index is really important to pay attention to because if your glycemic index is high, it produces a lot of inflammation and that is terrible for your skin -- causes you to wrinkle much faster than normal... read more about it here...

  12. Regularly drink 1to 2 liters of water every day eat greenleafy vegetables and even eat variety of fruits drink regular milk.
