  1. go see a real doctor. might be more serious than it looks.

  2. I'm not a doctor but it sounds like you have migraines.  I get them often and what you are describing sounds just like mine.  Your doctor can prescribe you a preventative type medication and a stronger pain reliever.  Hope you get some relief soon!

  3. I'm no doctor I'm afraid, but what you are describing is a classic migraine.  Get some Nurofen Migraine as it has something in it to help the nausea.  You will need something stronger from the doctor, so until you see one, the best thing you can do is what you are doing.  Sometimes with a migraine, lying down in a darkened room is the only way that can help you.

  4. Your best bet would be to make an appointment with a doctor.

  5. I'm not a doctor but have suffered with both migraine and sinus head aches which can be as bad as each other. The fact that you say that it hurts between your eyes tells me that it may be sinusitis...you don't need to have a cold or blocked nose for this to happen and you do become sensitive to light just like migraines. In my experience migraine headaches happen all over the head..

Tell us more, is it a sharp pain in the pressure points like the temples and between eyes etc? Or is a dull hard pain at the back of your head?  You really shoudl try to get a diagnosis ASAP because there are cheap treatments for both.

Sinusitus: use steam or olbas oil to unblock...or an antibiotic to clear the infections.

Migraine: Ask your doctor about treatment but I can confirm that coffee/caffeine helps me as it thins the blood and also sleep.
