Haha, I'm going to take my kids there for a look soon.

I was wondering what things there are to do. My kids are easily satisfied

Show them the penguins! There is a colony of yellow-eyed penguins not far from the place where you can also observe the albatros. I went there once, only for that!

Well take them to do stuff they think is bad but really is not that was so fun when i was a kid! Like egg fights ect.. Show a movie that is really scary Blood the last vampire is a good one its a japaness cartoon its go lots of fight senes. This way your kids will enjoy going out and thinking mum/dad lets us to much cool things like see movies with blood and stuff. Good luck
