Any Economical birth day party ideas for a 5year in June?

Looking for great websites to post a birthday list and send email invitation reminders. Looking to invite about 20 kids for a July 1st birthday... What day should I have it on so as not to interfere with 4th of July Plans? Considering McDonalds, Park, Swimming Pool (Liability concerns)..... I dont have a lot of energy to run all over the place... I'm an older mom. THX! :)

The last I remember at McDonald's they have birthday party's on short notice. When I was a kid I had a few party's at McDonald's I always enjoyed it.

I think the pools not a good idea, Like you said "Liability".....
