  1. Hi,

I like you, wanted to try natural things to get rid of my acne,

these are the new things i have started about 3 weeks ago

    1. water( try and drink lots in a day, around 2 litres)

    2. Green tea( Roibus tea, around 2 cups a day helps rid acne, as it helps impurities.)

    3. Lemon juice(get some wool and after you wash your face wipe the cotton  ball that has lemon juice on it all over your face, it does sting but the in around 1 week all your acne will have really cleared up)

    4. exercise( again this helps push out toxins through sweat that helps clear acne, but make sure to have exercise after acne as if your sweat dries this will clog your pores.

    5. EAT % FRUITS A DAY FOR A WEEK--this has helped me immensely, replace breakfast with 2 pears and lunch with a apple and a banana.

these all are natural and together they make acne very hard to come back. some of these may cause acne the first few days, but that is only because they are pushing the bad toxins to the top of your face, it will get better in around 2 weeks.

the most important ones in that list is water and fruit, s well as washing your face 2wice daily.

    good luck

    any questions message me.
