  1. Definitely keep up with the cardio...I suggest wind sprints. Where you run like 30-40 yards as fast as you can. Then take a break and do it again. Do a lot of sets of that...

I would do SOME upper body workouts...like bench press...but I suggest doing less weight and more reps. You don't ever want to get real muscular and pitch. This way it doesn't mess up your throwing mechanics...it can make a pitcher awkward. So you want to strengthen but with more lean muscle than bulk..

Also you need to do a lot of leg press and other necessary leg exercises. This is the base of your pitching and your lower half develops throwing harder...not your shoulder and arm! I wouldn't suggest squats as it is terrible for your knees...get elastic bands and tie them around your legs and stretch them apart and do that a lot.

  2. Along with cardio work for your endurance, try and long toss, this will evolve your arm for longer distance throws, which will ultimately increase your overall strength within a shorter distance like throwing off a mound

  3. you're gonna want to do a lot of running for endurance

this will help you build stamina for while you're pitching

also if you can, get into a gym and throw as much as you can

work on your different pitches in different situations
