Any Good Vegas Security Jobs??

Question

I am a 28 year old full-time certified police officer in Iowa and I am considering making a move to Las Vegas. I have been working in Law Enforcement full-time for 5 years. I also have 8 years of security experience working at our local 12,000 seat arena for artists when they have concerts. Does anyone know of any good paying security jobs in Vegas or anything similiar? I don't have to do Law Enforcement because I would be required to go thru the Nevada police academy and one was enough...

there are all kind of security guard jobs in lv. they don't pay well though, depends if it's armed or unarmed. either way you have to get a license. if you are a sworn police officer, why not apply for metro ( lv police dept ), city of henderson pd, hwy patrol, constable, school police or city marshall? we always need good experienced officers. if you only want a guard position there are a lot of jobs available.

Wackenhut is the absolute best, but why not apply for the school police? We could definitely use more!!
