Any Ideas On How To Make A Wheelie Bar For A Wheelchair?

Ok...so my neighbor is in a wheelchair due to an accident....and he used to be a skater and well i told him i would help make him feel like he is still in with our "team" so...we were thinkin and came up with the idea on a wheelie bar.......we have 2 ideas but not sure if they will work.....so if anyone else has any ideas please let me know?

  1. half of a skateboard may work.  They have wheelie bars for drag racers you may want to look online
