Any Ideas for a Girls 13th Party?

I want to have a small 13th party, but unique, one that no one has ever went to. Um, It cant be TOO much and it has to be at my house also im on a TIGHT budget. HELP ME!!! THANKS!

awesome idea.....grab a few close friends...you can set up like a spa theme...get some different color nail polishes some face cooling masks....nail files....maybe a little highlighting kit for hair...its inexpensive.. your local dollar store has beauty supplies....combs, pedi stuff, have fun with it
