Any Ideas for what we could do?

Well Monday the 1st of sept. is my two year anniversary we have been together for 5 years,but married only 2 years we have two kids, but want I wanted to know does anyone have any ideas what to do where we can bring our kids because we just moved to this new city and really don't have anyone close to babysit and I'm real picky on who watches my babies.so any ideas would be great and if you have any ideas of a nice gift that isn't too expensive for my hubby?? thank you for your help! we didn't do really much of anything last year, I just got preg. if you know what that means LOL sorry if that was to much info.

This year you could do something as a family together a nice park and a picnic.  My opinion is that you need to meet other moms and get to know some and a new baby on the way is a good opportunity to meet other families because eventually you need a night out with your husband and you can trade off with to spend time alone together.  I babysit once in a great while because our kids are away either at work or college.  Younger grandmas are good babysitters.  congratulations on your aniversary and to your new baby!

How about arranging for a Family Portrait to be taken of the two of you and your children? Maybe a separate one for the two of you?

Maybe you can do one of those scenic tram, trolley, or bus tours that the tourists love so much, or do a day outing including a picnic at a local park or on the grounds neighboring a local cultural museum.  You can give your hubby a belt with a specially engraved buckle commemorating the day spent as a family together and on the occasion of your anniversary.  By the way, there is nothing wrong with doing the photo portraits, but there is no law that that has to be done on the very same day as the outing.
