Any Ideas on getting or making recipe books for cheap for 50 people?

I just joined the social committee at work there are a total of 3 of us and we are in charge of planning events and making things, buying prizes, birthday treats, do fund raisors and we need to make/buy 50 recipe books/card holders we are having a bake off and are going to put in the recipes submitted by each person in a binder/book but our budget is 30$ Help Please

Buy the Photo Albums and print your recipes on 4 by 6  index cards ;)))))

You are going to have to buy the clear plastic report covers from walmart and the paper from there as well.  You can make a color cover and put it on there, and then all recipes inside.  You can do it for $30.
