Hi I want to take my dogs and 6 kids to a good value ( not cheap) and interesting camp site near the coast. So anywhere from cornwall to kent is fine, I will need electric hook up for lights and showers- but that said would go anywhere within reason except the isle of wight as ferries are far too expensive -- any ideas please?

  1. St.Ives Bay, in Hail is good and allows dogs. - cornwall.

    Lovely place !

St.Ives has a disco place which has a tiger club inside for the kids, if mummy and daddy fancy a drink, you have another arcade bit for kids on the other side of the camp, you have an onsite fish and chip shop, you can have caravan's tents, house, or shack.

You can have your tent situated litturally 2-3min walk from the coast.

    Nice place !

Live music too in the large room where you can get your take away, so while you're waiting, order a pint and watch the band.

  2. i recomend bude in cornwall. i have been twice this summer with my children. its beautiful and the kids love it. look up the website for bude holiday park, its really good value especially just out of season time. has an outdoor heated pool too which my kids loved! there are nice pubs near with parks and good food and some lovely walks you could take your dog for.
